Adrian received a BA in Economics from Hobart College in Geneva, New York in 1987. After college, he pursued a career as a Commercial Banker working in a variety of markets (Binghamton, New York; Elmira, New York; Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) at a number of different banks (Marine Midland Bank, Mellon Bank, Financial Trust, Pocono Community Bank, and ESSA Bank & Trust).
